Roof options: We offer a Certainteed 20-Year, 3-Tab fiberglass shingle
roof. Or, if you prefer, we can top your building
with archetic shingle or 29 gauge painted steel.

Doors: ABuildings are fitted
with a 48" insulated metal door with a matching
doorknob and deadbolt. However, multiple entranceways
are available upon request.

Colors: Currently we offer 9
color varieties in our vinyl stock and 5 colors
(14 trim colors) in our metal stock. If you do
not see the color most appropriate for your needs,
send us a color sample and we'll do our best to
match it!

- Certainteed: Lifetime Non-prorated
transferable limited warranty.
- Fabral Metal: 30-year corrosion
guarantee on aluminum roofing and siding.
- Certainteed Shingles:
20-year warranty.
- Pressure treated lumber: 25-year
warranty against decay and termite
infestation.
Additionally,
Crescent Builders offers a 1-year workmanship guarantee
and a 5-year guarantee against leaks. Check with your
local dealer for a complete list of warrantees and
guarantees.
